Travel Refund Policy
Deposit and full payment is fully refundable if you cancel 45 days before the departure of the tour. If you cancel between 44 to 30 days before the departure date, we will refund 70% of the deposit amount. If you cancel between 29 to 15 days before the departure date, we will refund 50% of the deposit amount. However, if you cancel 14 days before the departure date, your deposit and payment will not be refunded.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
